KCCA FC endured their toughest time in a while last season when they finished fourth on the 16-team log on 48 points.

They were four above Soltilo Bright Stars FC, a side that also defeated them 2-0 at the MTN Omondi Stadium in the second round of the season.

The two sides will meet again on Tuesday, November 2 at the Kavumba Recreation Center in the new StarTimes Uganda Premier League term.

But head coach Morley Byekwaso still remembers the defeat from last season as if it just happened yesterday.

“Generally the game is going to be a tough one because the opponents we are going to face have ever defeated us here,” Byekwaso told the media ahead of the encounter.

“So I think they still have that belief and most especially that they will this time round be playing from their home, makes it even tougher.”

Byekwaso added: “But from the very first game this season, we have been handling each game depending on the kind of the opponent.”

“And that will not change because it is what has brought us all the four wins, we know they are strong but shall try to manage and win against them,” he noted.

The Kasasiro Boys are in the form of their life collecting 12 points from the available 12 and seated at the summit of the 16 team log.

“We want to maintain our routine which is winning, we are so hungry and all the boys are so much motivated they want to win every time.”

“Winning at this club is mandatory irrespective of a few shortcomings, so I do not expect the players to be carried away and be proud with only the four wins we have so far,” Byekwaso noted.

The visitors will rely on the services of striker Davis Kasirye who has managed three goals in four games together with his striking partner Sadat Anaku who has netted two goals so far this season.

Nelson Ssenkatuka who has only managed a single goal since his return to the club at the beginning of this very campaign will be hoping to be on target against his former club. And also help his current team win their first game of the season.

On the other hand, Japanese midfielder Kazuto Kushida has been cleared by FUFA and will make his debut for Baker Mbowa’s side as they try to better their 14th position.
