Many KCCA FC faithfuls might have been left disappointed with KCCA’s one all draw with Tooro United on Wednesday evening in the StarTimes Uganda Premier League.
But the Kasasiro Boys forward Mike Mutyaba is proud of his side’s performance and a point collected, it was his seventh goal of the season that saved the day.
“We have made a one all stalemate with Tooro United, but that point is vital in our camp because we are focusing on collecting points,” Mutyaba told www.football256.com
“Many might see it as a small thing but even a point wins a trophy and we are still leading because we are now four points clear on the table.”
“Though I scored but at KCCA FC we play as a team, we win, lose or draw as a team and we celebrate as team and we are proud of today’s point,” he added.

Former SC Villa player Godfrey Lwesibawa scored for the hosts in the 55th minute before Mike Mutyaba brought matters to level terms at the hour mark with a thunderbolt free-kick.
KCCA is still on top of the 16 team log with 49 points, four above second-placed Vipers with seven games to go.
KCCA FC’s next league game will be a visit to The Mighty Arena in Jinja home of Kirinya Jinja SSS on March 27th.
