Uganda Cranes takes on DRC in match day two of the 2019 Total Africa Cup Of Nations on Saturday at the Cairo International stadium.
It is a highly anticipated encounter with defender Savio Kabugo hopeful of positive results for the Cranes through extra hard work.
Kabugo who turns out for DRC giants AS Vita and coached by Florent Ibenge the current coach of the DRC national team told www.football-256.com in an exclusive interview that Cranes can get the best from this game.
“It’s not an easy encounter for both sides but I am very confident Uganda Cranes can get positive results but this can only be achieved after working extra harder,” Kabugo said before adding.
“DRC is a very good team with good players and a great coach but I believe in the Cranes especially when it comes to such opposition with high profile.”

The gigantic center half claims that the Cranes players need to work tooth and nail if they are to get something from this encounter.
“They need to work extra harder from the first whistle till the last to match DRC and they also need to be so clinical upfront,” he noted.
In the same group, hosts Egypt defeated Zimbabwe 1-0 in the opening game of the tournament on Friday night at Cairo international stadium courtesy of Mahmoud Hassan Trezeguet first half strike.
After today’s encounter against DRC, the Cranes will take on Zimbabwe on Wednesday June 26th.
