Tooro United coach Wasswa Bossa knew the only way to at least get a point off Bright Stars in Mwererwe was to improve on the physicality of his team and it paid off.

Tooro United and Bright Stars settled for a barren draw on Wednesday in the StarTimes Uganda Premier League game played at the Champions Stadium.

“We are happy with the results, Mwererwe is not an easy ground to pick a point from because it’s bumpy but it was a good result,” Bossa told www.football256.com before adding.

“It was planned for me to field physical players, we have been doing physical training sessions prior to the game because at Mwererwe you have to be physical.”

“We are targeting top five at the end of the season and I believe we shall achieve it because the point gap between us and those above us is not very huge, we can surely close it,” he added.

Tooro United’s opponents Bright Stars 11th with 25 points, nine points off the relegation zone as the league takes that final bend.
