Kampala Queens head coach Faridah Bulega is optimistic her side will collect maximum points off Isra when the two sides meet in the second round of the FUFA Women Elite League on Saturday.
Kampala queens won the reverse fixture 4-1 at Kawempe Muslim playgrounds which was Isra’s second loss of the season, they had collected six points in three games after losing the opening match.
“I am optimistic we shall collect maximum points against Isra,” Bulega told www.fotoball-256.com, she added. “The girls are fine and in good shape, focused on the job at hand.”
Bulega’s counterpart Isma Nkugwa admits it will be another tough match but the team is ready to put up a fight as they target to reach the playoffs for the first time.
“It is not going to be an easy game and we will have to deal with it as many of our games will be away from home” said Nkugwa.
“But we are going to use the away experience in the first round of the season and get the desired points,” he added.
In the Elizabeth Group fourth placed UCU Lady Cardinals host Lango Queens and in Victoria group Defending champion Kawempe Muslim start the second round away to Dynamic in Muduma, debutants Lady Doves will play Rines at wakisha playgrounds in Wakiso.
