While speaking to the media after the team’s last training session, Uganda Cranes defender Mustafa Mujuzi urged his teammates to work together as a team for positive results tomorrow.
“We are prepared as a team and management to work together to get our first win in the CAF Confederation cup given the home advantage,” Mujuzi said.
“With the fact that we are going to play from home we must play well and make sure we get the whole three points,” he added.
Mujuzi has been part of the Uganda Cranes National team for a while, he captained the side in their 4-1 win over Somalia in the 2020 African Nations Championship qualifiers.
“Given the national team experience and exposure I am ready to give what is expected of me from my teammates and coaches so that we can win tomorrow’s game,” Mujuzi noted.
The winner of this two-legged encounter on aggregate shall take on either Rwandan side AS Kigali or Tanzania’s KMC who also have a date.

The first game of the tournament is always difficult because all the teams are with a clear plan and motive but Proline has had intensive preparations.
Starting with the 2019 CECAFA Kagame Cup where they exited at group stages in Rwanda but it gave them some experience in as far as continental football is concerned.
