The dates for the Uganda Cranes’ Africa Cup of Nations Qualifier double-header against South Sudan, has been adjusted, the South Sudan Football Association has said.
The East African giants were supposed to host South Sudan on November 11th but the game has been pushed a day later on 12th at St Mary’s Stadium, Kitende.
The late adjustment has been confirmed by South Sudan Football Association but FUFA is yet to make a communication.
“SSFA this morning received an email from CAF on the adjustment of the date of AFCON 2021 Qualification match between South Sudan and Uganda from November 11 to November 12.”
“The second game will be played on November 16 in Kenya,” SSFA posted on its official Twitter account.
The Cranes lead group B with four points after a win against Malawi and a draw against Burkina Faso.
The Johnathan McKinstry coached side are targeting third consecutive Africa Cup of Nations qualification after making it in 2017 and 2019.
