DIDA Sports Organization in association with Koi Sports CIC has patterned and set up an office in Budaka district for football development amongst other sports disciplines.
The office was opened on Friday, April 30, 2021, and Koi Sports CIC will cater for rent bills for a full year.
“We’re extremely proud to associate with DIDA and to be sponsoring their offices in Budaka.
Through their founder Naki Kaddu, DIDA do an amazing job of delivering an ‘essential service’ which develops children and young adults in Uganda,” the director of Koi Sports CIC David Johnson Rayner said.
A pool of kids are out there talented but it is difficult for them to be identified and therefore something that has propelled DIDA Sports Organization to move down to the grassroots level and render a helping hand.
They will be hoping to traverse the whole country, but for the start, the focus is on the Eastern part of the country, Budaka in particular.
Boxing and Chess are the other kinds of sports DIDA will be focusing on alongside football hoping that such engagements can also help in community development in a long run.
For starters, DIDA Organization was founded in 2018 and it is three years old now with a motive to advocate for grassroots development and providing platforms for children in marginalized communities.
