FUFA Big League leaders Kitara FC will hope to stretch their lead at the summit of the log as they travel away to Soroti City FC.
However, the Hoima based side’s record on the road is wanting having won just once in five visits.
Their only away win was a 3-0 victory over Lugazi FC courtesy of strikes from Patrick Kaddu, Edison Agondeze and Moses Sseruyidde.
Kitara have registered two draws and defeats apiece on the road and head coach Mark Twinamatsiko admits the need to polish their form away from Kigaaya.
“It’s a concern that our away form has not been as good as we hoped but we are finding not just quick but reliable solutions,” Twinamatsiko was quoted by the club website.
Kitara have only scored five goals and conceded seven as the visitors: “Our conversion rate is still low while the way we defend must also improve,” Twinamatsiko added.

” I believe the team has the character and determination to do better beginning tomorrow,” he added.
Kitara FC defeated Luweero United 4-0 in their last league outing, Patrick Kaddu, John Kisakye, Edison Agondeze and Stewart Akugizibwe were on target.
Kitara are one point clear on top of the table with 26 points after 12 matches with eight wins, drawn and lost two.
Twinamatsiko will miss the services of Ronald Kayondo and Charles Kyomuhendo due to injury and accumulated yellow cards respectively.
For Soroti City, they will bank on their home advantage despite picking mixed result at the Soroti Stadium.
Simon Otim’s side have registered three victories at home against Adjumani Town Council, NEC and Ndejje University.

The Tigers have so far lost to Northern Gateway, Jinja North and Calvary at Home.
They will hope to bounce back from their hamulating 6-0 defeat to Mbarara City on the road in their previous game.
The Soroti based side are 15th on the 16 team log with 10 points in 12 matches, they have won three matches, drawn once and lost eight.
