Five-star Proline to put emphasis on remaining games

Proline Football Club head coach Shafiq Bisaso has urged his players not to put their focus on their rivals’ matches but rather concentrate on their own fixture.

That way they will achieve their season primary target which is promotion back to the Uganda Premier League.

This was after Proline humiliated Kira United 5-0 in the Star Times FUFA Big League at the Star Times Stadium on Thursday to keep their foot swift on the summit of the Rwenzori Group.

“It has been a good day in office and if we go by this very standard then we can without a doubt realise promotion to the UPL which is our primary goal this season,” Bisaso told www.football-256.com.

“But this can only happen if we focus on winning our remaining matches irrespective of our close rivals something I have told the boys,” he added.

A brace from Hakim Kiwanuka and a goal each from skipper Noordin Bunjo, Bright Anukani and Ivan Bogere led Proline to the precious victory.

The result took them on 33 points from 15 matches with five games remaining to end the regular season.
