George Best Nsimbe has been appointed head coach of Star Times Uganda Premier League newly promoted side Kyetume FC and will be assisted by Francis Mugerwa, www.football-256.com reveals.
The duo replaces Jackson Mayanja and Allan Kabonge respectively who guided the team to promotion to the top tier.
Nsimbe who has a vast of experience has been jobless since partying ways with prison side Maroons FC after the first round of the last season.
His assistant Francis Mugerwa last worked at FUFA Big League side Kitara FC before partying ways with them in the first round.
Nsimbe has previously coached KCCA FC (twice), Fire Masters, Viper’s, Victors and The Saints FC in Uganda. He has also been at Azam FC in Tanzania and Tusker FC in Kenya.
Kyetume FC gained promotion to the top tier League after defeating Kansai Plascon 4-1 in the FUFA Big League Playoffs finals at the StarTimes Stadium Lugogo in May
