New Wakiso Giants coach Kefa Kisala has promised to deliver success in his two-year reign at the club.
Kisala was confirmed by the club on Sunday morning as their head coach and will work closely with James Odohc as his assistant, Ali Kigunduu as the goalkeeping coach.
“It’s going to be a big challenge but one am willing to take on and I will do all I can to make this exciting project a success,” Kisala told the club’s official website www.wakisogiantsfc.com.

Kisala last coached at Express Football Club last season before he was let go just after his side’s 2-0 loses at the Betway Mutesa II Stadium Wankulukuku.
Wakiso Giants CEO Sula Kamoga described Kisala as a very experienced coach who should be able to add a lot of value to the team.
“Kefa Kisala is a very ambitious and experienced tactician who we think will add value to the team in regards to our ambitions. As a club, we shall offer all the necessary support to him and the technical staff.”

Kisala replaces Ibrahim Kirya whose one year contract at the club expired at the end of last season and they opted not to renew after he guided them to the top tier on their first time of asking.
Kisala has coached football at BUL FC, URA and has been in the national team setup at the U20 and senior team level.
Straight from the FUFA Big League, Wakiso Giants assembled a team that has the ability to compete with the big boys. Kisala’s first shot at silverware will be the Pilsner Super 8 that starts in August.
