Police FC head coach Abdallah Mubiru is confident that his side will achieve their target of a top-four finish in the StarTimes Uganda Premier League by the end of the 2018/2019 season.
However much the league is about to end, Mubiru is enthusiastic that the Cps will be able to achieve the feat in May.
“We are still focused on achieving top four finish much as we shall need to play well but am sure we shall achieve this feat in our next four matches, we are still believing because it’s possible,” Mubiru told www.football-256.com.
“We need to win games in order to improve our table standings, we feel that we deserve something better than what we have now,” he added.

Police are currently tenth on the 16 team table with 32 points, they, therefore, need to win all their remaining games and hope that those above them drop points if they are to finish in top four.

Police’s remaining opponents in the league are Maroons, Bright Stars and Mbarara City away while Onduparaka, Vipers and URA will be played at home.
Police have managed just one win in their last five games, it was a 4-2 win over Paidha Black Angels at home. They drew twice with SC Villa and KCCA FC and lost twice against BUL FC and Tooro United in the process.
