Uganda Cranes striker Steven Desse Mukwala has finally been unveiled at Ghanaian giants Asante Kotoko Soccer Club.
The forward, who announced his departure from URA FC on Tuesday, has penned down a two-year employment contract, with an option for another year.
The 23-year-old joined the Tax Collectors in the 2020/21 season from Vipers SC, following a year at Maroons FC on loan.
He is a proven goal-scorer who has managed double figures in the past three campaigns.
In the 2019/20 season, he notched 13 goals in 23 matches. He then added 14 in 24 the following campaign, before hitting 13 in 26 games the preceding season.
Asante Kotoko won the Ghana Premier League in the 2021/22 campaign and qualified for the CAF Champions League.
They are strengthening ahead of the aforementioned CAF engagement, and will as well take their preparation trail to Turkey as part of the Preseason.
