The Lugogo derby sees Police FC hosting KCCA at StarTimes Stadium Lugogo on Thursday evening in the StarTimes Uganda Premier League with hope that they can avenge the 6-3 they suffered in the first round.

“Our players’ efforts are geared up towards winning every game since we were eliminated from Uganda Cup and the league is the only silverware we are looking aiming at at the moment.”

“We expect both teams to play interesting football, full of attacking, we are better than them in terms of player quality which gives us hope that we shall win the game with many goals,” he added.

Mutebi also promised to hand youngster Samuel Kato a club debut, the the former captain at Buddo SSS has been training with the club since he finished writing his senior six exams.

Police FC have managed two wins, one draw and two losses in their last five outings while KCCA have managed three wins and two draws in the due course without conceding a goal.
