KCCA FC manager Mike Mutebi has a tendency of getting TBD champagne off the ice when it still needs to be there a little longer.
The latest revelation from the ‘Our Way’ coach is a 12th StarTimes Ugandan Premier League title being on the way after finishing the first round at the log summit.
The three time FUFA coach of the year revealed this after his side ended URA FC’s unbeaten run with a 1-0 victory at Namboole on Tuesday.
“This win is a turning point in the league fight and now that we are top, we are going to be there for a while because we know how to stay there,” Mutebi told www.football-256.com.
“The win against URA is the most impressive against all the teams we have played in the first round. And its keeping us on top of the log going onto the break,” Mutebi added.

KCCA FC have managed 11 wins from 15 first round games amassing 36 points in the process this season.
The 11 time league winners have also scored the most goals in the league 34 conceding just 13.
The Kasisro boys top the table with a seven point difference although second placed Vipers have two games in hand.
The Kitende based side are the defending league champions and would have a stay second going onto the break if they can win both their games in hand.
The second round of the Uganda Premier League is expected to kick off in February this year.
