No official communication has come through from reigning StarTimes Uganda Premier champions Vipers Sports Club about the signing of Burundian international Karim Nizigiyimana, but sources have confirmed the development.
Nizigiyimana’s contract with Gor Mahia ended in December 2018 according to www.nation.co.ke and both parties opted not to renew.
According to the Kenyan publication, the 29-year old right back has signed a two-year deal with the Kitende based club and has already got his International Transfer Certificate earlier on Tuesday.

It’s believed Nizigiyimana is already in Kampala waiting to be unveiled at St. Mary’s stadium Kitende later on Wednesday if not before the end of this week.
Nizigiyimana has played for, Vital’O FC, Congolese giants AS Vita Club, Rwandese giants Rayon Sports before joining Kenyan outfits Gor Mahia where he has been playing from. He also captained his nation during the 2019 Total Afica Cup of Nations Qualifiers.
