Oloya starts work at KCCA as Kiwanuka’s replacement

KCCA FC has appointed Moses Oloya ‘Hugo Boss’ as the club’s new goalkeeping coach, Football256 has learnt.

Oloya replaces former coach Daniel Kiwanuka who surprisingly resigned from the role on Wednesday last week. Kiwanuka is expected to join cross-town KCCA rivals Express FC.

The Kasasiro Boys are expected to announce within the coming days that Oloya who has previously served the club in a similar capacity is returning to the StarTimes stadium.

Oloya was unveiled by second division side Tooro United as part of their new coaching staff in August 2020.

He had crossed over from Maroons FC a club he joined in February 2020 after his dismissal from Vipers.

At KCCA, Oloya will work with Charles Lukwago, Ali Mwirusi and Hassan Matovu who has returned to the club from loan at Proline.

Oloya has previously worked with Onduparaka, KCCA FC, Water FC, The Saints, SC Victoria University and Vipers SC and also had brief stints in Somalia and South Sudan.
