West Nile Regional League side Paidha Black Angels have announced the signing of a Gomba Lions striker in the Masaza Cup Lutakome Jumah Junior.
The aforementioned developments were confirmed by the third-tier outfit on Friday.
“Paidha Black Angels SC is delighted to announce the completion of the transfer of forward Lutakome Juma Junior from Wobulenzi United FC,” confirmed the club via its official social media platforms.
Lutakome joins the Blacks from Buganda Regional League debutants Wobulenzi United after an impressive first round that saw him bag eight goals in 11 matches and becomes the first signing of the Oromchan Villa-coached side.
‘Xhen’ as he’s known by his peers was a Masaza Cup winner in 2020 with Gomba Saza.
He was also the top scorer in the Luwero DFA Fourth Division 2019-20 season with 10 goals in nine matches for Wobulenzi United.
Lutakome, will face competition from Muber Jimmy, Opar Jacob, and Victor Otwii.
The talisman is set to make his debut on Saturday 4th February as his new side welcomes Kyetume FC at Bar Okoro Stadium in the Stanbic Uganda Cup Round of 64.
Under the Stewardship of club legend and former URA and BUL striker Oromchan, Paidha Black Angels finished the first round of the West Nile Regional League Nyagak group second with 23 points one below leaders Nebbi Central after 11 matches.
