French Ligue I giants Paris Saint Germain has indicated they are interested in signing Manchester United and Nigerian striker Odion Jude Ighalo.
Ighalo is currently on loan at Manchester United till January 2021, from Chinese side, Shanghai Greenland Shenhua.
The Nigerian striker has been directly involved in six goals for United in 18 appearances, although, of those 18 appearances, Ighalo has only started five games.
According to a recent report from Foot Mercato, the 2019 African Cup of Nations (AFCON) top scorer, Ighalo is one of a host of names on an attacking shortlist drawn up by French giants PSG.
The French champions have recently allowed Edinson Cavani to depart the club and despite having world-class fire power available in the form of Neymar Jr and Kylian Mbappe, PSG feel they are lacking central attacking options.
Only Argentine Mauro Icardi and Cameroon’s Eric Maxim Choupo-Moting are the available options upfront, with the latter linked to an exit from the club.
