Former Bayern Munich captain and two times women’s Bundesliga winner, Eunice Beckmann has returned to her home country in Ghana.
The Real Madrid player launched a charity project to positively influence the lives of street kids in the West African country.
The event dubbed “Ghana Street Kids back to school” was championed by Eunice in partnership with the “Ghana People Foundation”.
She was accompanied by Ghanaian international, David Accam and Black Princesses trainer, Yusif Basigi as they met dozens of street kids in the Aplaku, Bojo Beach Road.
Monday’s event was aimed at realizing her dream of launching a project which is basically about feeding kids and getting some street kids back to school.
According to African Women’s football expert, Dzifa Matilda, the 26 year old “goal machine” who counts over 50 Career goals across 8 different clubs equally expressed her desire to play for the Black Queens during the event, she is uncapped at senior level.
