Reports:Vipers complete the signing of Cranes striker

The cheque book at Vipers Sports Club seems to be losing leaflets at a very high speed each passing day.

The three time StarTimes Uganda Premier League champions have already signed Kenyan winger Innocent Wafula for an undisclosed fee.

Two days later, they’ve captured the signature of Uganda Cranes striker Hamis Diego Kiiza on a two year deal www.football-256.com reliably understands.

Kiiza who famously featured for Tanzanian giants Yanga and Simba last played for Ethiopian side Fesil Kanema a side he joined in March 2017 but left mid season due to unclear reasons.

Kizza has spent some good time at the Kitende facility training with the first team, although it’s believed URA the team he last featured for in Uganda were also chasing his signature.

The experienced forward will be expected to provide support to current forwards Mzee Daniel Sserunkuma, Davies Kasirye and Tito Okello in the second round of the Uganda Premier League.

Vipers face Tunisian outfit Club Sportif Sfaxien on January 12th in the 2018/2019 Total CAF Confederation Cup first leg playoff in Kitende before the return leg a week later in Tunisia.
