Kitara FC’s search for the StarTimes Uganda Premier League maiden win will resume on Saturday, December 19, against Onduparaka at the Kavumba Recreation Center.
Kitara enter this game with just one point from four games played so far this season in the league.
The newcomers kicked off the season with one-all stalemate with Kyetume before losing 5-1 against UPDF FC in their second game.
Their poor run of results continued when they were thrashed 5-0 against Police in their third game, going on to throw away a lead to lose 2-1 to champions Vipers SC
Meanwhile, Onduparaka FC enter this game seated eighth on the log with five points from four games and in search for their second league win this season.
The Caterpillars’ only win came via a 3-2 victory against MYDA, they drew twice against Express FC and Wakiso Giants and suffered an 8-0 humbling at KCCA FC.
Onduparaka will be without Mahdi Ajobe who is suspended due to accumulation of yellow cards. Ajobe has been instrumental for Onduparaka this season and has played 90 minutes in all their four games.
Livin Kabong has been rejuvenated this season and has been at the folklore of the team’s productivity.
Meanwhile, Kitara has rallied much on the performance of Brian Mayanja Muluuli who has scored all their games so far this season.
