Gaddafi’s Mubarak Wamboya praised the performance shown by his side after a one-all draw with Arua Hill SC at the Barifa stadium in the StarTimes Uganda Premier League.

Jamaldine Buchochera headed home a well taken freekick from Hassan Musana in the added time of the game to cancel out Bright Vuni’s 37 minute opener, much to Wamboya’s satisfaction.

“I would like to thank my players as they have put up a very good performance because we knew we were playing a very strong side in Arua Hill at home,” Wamboya said to the media after the game.

“We made some second half changes, and the boys responded very well to the instructions. That’s why we were able to get an equaliser.” he added.

The Leopards now remain fifth with 39 points, just two behind BUL FC and they will make a long trip to Kampala to face KCCA on April 11 at the MTN Omondi Stadium.

Meanwhile Gaddafi, who will host BUL FC four days later at the Gaddafi Arena, are currently eighth with 28 points.
