Proline FC have continued to strengthen their striking force by signing physical striker Alfred Leku from Jwaneng Galaxy of Botswana.
Alfred Leku has been a free agent since partying ways with Galaxy after last season were he found it hard to break into the first team, this forced the club to loan him out to Extension Gunners.
The former Vipers and Express striker sealed his move on Saturday joining Bernard Muwanga, Yusuf Mukisa, Sula Sekamwa, custodian Shatif Magoola, Andrew Okiring Isiagi and Hamis Diego Kizza as new recruits in the ongoing transfer window.
His arrival will without a doubt boost Proline’s attacking force that already has promising forward Bright Anukani, Allan Egaku and Hamis Kizza.
Leku who last played for Onduparaka before he left for Botswana is mostly remembered for scoring the all-important goal for Express FC against Masavu that helped the Red Eagles survive the sword in the 2017/18 season.
At Proline, he will reunite with his former coach at Express FC Shafiq Bisaso who is the head coach.
