Uganda Cranes forward Martin Kizza has completed his move from South African side Free State Stars to another second division side Royal Eagles FC on a two-year contract.
Kizza was part of Free State Stars’ unsuccessful ABSA Premier League campaign that saw them get relegated last season, playing just seven times and scoring once since joining the side in January 2019.
His immediate assignment at Royal Eagles will be to help the side survive relegation, as they sit bottom of the 16-team log with just 10 points from 15 league games.
The former SC Villa and KCCA FC forward will have to beat competition from forwards Vernon Campher, Hlongwa Sakhile and Madonsela Nkanyise, to earn a starting berth in the team coached Serbian gaffer Momcilo Medic and South African Mcedisi Sibiya.
