Table leaders, BUL FC will seek to return to winning ways as they host Onduparaka in the StarTimes Uganda Premier League at the FUFA Technical Centre, Njeru on Wednesday.
The oil manufacturers shared spoils with neighbour Gaddafi FC in a one-all draw, that left BUL supporters with a lot to desire due to a poor display.
Having taken the lead early in the eighth minute, many thought they would seal the encounter and grab maximum points but that was not the case.
BUL head coach Alex Isabirye believes they will do all it takes to beat Onduparaka to maintain their status on top of the log.
“We have to win (against Onduparaka) to see that we maintain our position,” Isabirye said in a pre-match reaction after their last training on Tuesday.
“I know the game will not be easy, Onduparaka has played four games without a win so they will choose to come all out seeking victory.”
“But we are ready for the game. We drew our last game (against Gaddafi). Meaning we need to do all it takes to win the coming game,” he added.
BUL are top of the log with 11 eleven points, just one ahead of second-placed SC Villa, they will not want to give the Jogoo any chance toppling them.
Onduparaka are bottom of the 15-team log, they have registered three draws and one loss in the four games played so far.
BUL will be without Ibrahim Mugulusi, and Frank Kalanda due to injuries while Ronald Otti will wait for a late fitness test to tell his fate.
Defender, Walter Ochora will be sidelined as well after receiving matching orders in their last outing against Gaddafi.
