West Nile outfit Onduparaka FC played out a one-all stalemate with Blacks Power FC in the Uganda Premier League at the Aki Bua Stadium on Friday.
The result extended Onduparaka’s winless streak to thirteen games, as they are the only side yet to master a win this season.
Dominic Abonga scored to salvage a point for the Caterpillars, after Mike Siwu had netted for the hosts early in the first half, to put the former on six stalemates for the season.
Siwu netted instinctively in the 25th minute, with a beautiful strike past goalkeeper Mathias Muwanga.
The guests needed eight minutes into the second stanza to level through an Abonga well-taken strike past custodian Emmanuel Odongo.
With six draws and seven defeats, Onduparaka lie rock-bottom with just four points, and will round off the first half of the season with a bout against UPDF FC on December 21st.
On the same day, 12th-placed (10 points) Blacks Power will make a long trip to Kampala to face Express FC at the Muteesa II Stadium, Wankulukuku.
