Vipers SC and Busoga United are locked in three way tangle over two weeks with both sides playing each other three times in the league a d Uganda Cup.
On Friday, Vipers will make the trip to the FUFA Technical Centre in Njeru for round two of their Stanbic Uganda Cup Round of 32 encounter.
The Venoms hold a commanding advantage over their hosts after condemning them to a 3-0 defeat in the first leg courtesy of Ceaser Manzoki’s double and Ibrahim Orit’s strike
Vipers coach Fred Kajoba will be expected to make a number of rotations as he tries to reach the last 16 after failing to go that far in the competition last season a match which marked the end of Edward Golola’s time at Kitende.
Forward Paul Mucureezi is expected to be among the major changes made to the line up with Dan Sserunkuuma also maintaining his spot in the line up.
The hosts Busoga United will hope to cause an upset at home turf with a strong showing with star-man Isma Mugulusi leading the cast especially after starting the first leg on the bench.
The two sides have differing objectives at this point in the season with the visitors looking for a local double whereas the hosts are fighting for survival in the Uganda Premier league.
