Ugandan William Wadri was on target as his side, Bandari FC thumped Division One side, SS Assad 6-1 in the Sportpesa Shield semi-final match played at Kenyatta Stadium in Machakos over the weekend.
Congolese striker Yema Mwana gave the Dockers the lead inside the first two minutes with a close range tap-in.
Hassan Abdallah made it 2-0 in the seventh minute before Darius Msagha made it 3-0 in the 15th.
Hassan grabbed his second of the game in the 23rd minute before Wycliffe Ochomo made it 5-0 in the 38th minute. Athumani Bori pulled a goal back for the minnows at the stroke or halftime.
Two minutes into the second half, Wadri got his name on the score sheet with a simple tap in after some good work from compatriot Fred Nkata on the left flank.
Bandari will now face holders Kariobangi Sharks in the final. Sharks overcame KCB 1-0 in the other semi-final match played at the same venue. George Abege was named on the bench in that match.
